My order was marked delivered but it’s not here.Updated 3 days ago

If no one was home at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave the package in a safe location. Be sure to check around your home and with neighbors/building management who may have collected the package for you.

Please also reach out to your local post office to see if they have further information if you have a carrier tracking number. At times, an item that is still on its way will be tagged as delivered incorrectly. Your local postmaster and mail carrier will be the ones to have further information with regard to delivery. 

If it has been 3 days since your delivery estimation date and you still have not received your order, please contact Ovalware’s customer support team with your order number. Someone on our support team would be able to track your order for you.
