My lid does not seem airtight, what’s wrong?Updated 3 days ago
Our lid is loose by design so it will fit into the filter. When installing the lid without the stainless-steel filter, please wiggle it around once installed to establish an airtight seal. Keep in mind that the lid is airtight, but not completely watertight as a carafe full of coffee will have enough water pressure to force the coffee past the silicone seal. Thus, we recommend not tipping the carafe over when full.
